Messages, buttons, the AI agent and payments are just blocks on a canvas. On the right is what your customer sees in the messenger.
The canvas shows 11 of 76 block types. Timers, HTTP requests, Google Sheets, CRM, lists and more are waiting in the builder.
A dedicated block in the builder: it understands free-form text, answers from your documents and guides the customer through the flow branches on its own.
The agent looks for the answer in your materials — price lists, policies, service descriptions — and answers from them instead of making things up.
Segments your audience as the conversation goes: adds and removes tags that already drive your broadcasts and automated funnels.
Name, city, budget, product model — the agent writes the data to the contact card, where it is visible in the CRM and can be inserted into messages.
You draw the exits from the block — “Place an order”, “Call a manager”, “Clarify the size” — and the agent decides where to take the customer.
Upload a price list, policy or service description — the agent will answer based on them instead of generic phrases.
How the agent answers from the knowledge base, picks a flow branch and what it costs — on a separate page.
Create a bot in the official @BotFather with the /newbot command — it gives you a token. In the builder press “Connect a messenger”, choose Telegram and paste the token. Connecting messengers is part of the Pro plan; Pro is free for 7 days after sign-up.
No. The flow is built with the mouse from ready-made blocks: messages, buttons, conditions, data requests, payments. You can build and test the bot in the built-in chat before connecting Telegram and without a subscription.
Buttons under a message and under the input field, link buttons, a button that opens a mini app and a one-tap phone number request. Buttons can be colored — blue, green or red.
The bot runs its flow in private chats. It does not reply in groups and channels, but it can check whether a person is subscribed to your channel or group — the bot is added there as an administrator for that.
You put a payment provider block into the flow. The bot sends a button with a payment link and continues the flow after the payment: for example, grants access or sends the materials.
Yes, with the “AI Agent” block: it understands free text, answers from your knowledge base and picks the branch of the flow itself. In Telegram the answer can be shown as it is generated — the text is typed in front of the customer. AI is billed separately, per token.
Yes. Several channels connect to one flow at once: Telegram, Viber and the website chat. Conversations from all channels land in one dashboard.
