Building — yes, with no time limit: bots and their flows, landing pages, widgets and lists are created without a subscription. Sign-up turns on a Pro trial for 7 days, up to 100 contacts, with no card required. When the trial ends, everything you built stays in the dashboard, but the bot stops running its flow until you subscribe to Pro.
A person who has written to any of your bots. Contacts are counted across all bots of the account, so the number of bots does not affect the price.
By default the subscription moves to the next package, and only the difference for the remaining days is charged to the balance. If auto-upgrade is off or the balance is too low, new contacts cannot start a conversation with the bot; it keeps working with the existing ones.
No. The card is used only to top up the account balance when you do it yourself. Subscriptions and services renew from the balance; if it is empty, the service is paused.
The bot stops running its flow, broadcasts stop, and published landing pages become unavailable. Bots and flows stay in the dashboard, and everything works again after payment.
Not for the Pro plan: 3, 6 and 12 months cost the monthly price times the term. The online school plan does have period discounts: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 and 20% for a year.
Not for the AI chat and the AI bot builder — a funded AI balance is enough. The AI agent in a flow needs both: Pro so that the bot replies to people, and the balance so that the agent can call the model.
Team members are added with the “Team seats” service: one seat per person across all your projects. You pay for occupied seats only, and the team member needs no subscription.
Yes. If you have fewer contacts now, pick a smaller package — it takes effect at the next renewal.
You top up your account balance by bank card. Pro, team seats, the knowledge base, the school plan and AI balance top-ups are paid from it. Auto-renewal of any service is switched off in the dashboard, and the service keeps working until the end of the paid period.
