Messages, buttons, the AI agent and payments are just blocks on a canvas. On the right is what your customer sees in the messenger.
The canvas shows 11 of 76 block types. Timers, HTTP requests, Google Sheets, CRM, lists and more are waiting in the builder.
A dedicated block in the builder: it understands free-form text, answers from your documents and guides the customer through the flow branches on its own.
The agent looks for the answer in your materials — price lists, policies, service descriptions — and answers from them instead of making things up.
Segments your audience as the conversation goes: adds and removes tags that already drive your broadcasts and automated funnels.
Name, city, budget, product model — the agent writes the data to the contact card, where it is visible in the CRM and can be inserted into messages.
You draw the exits from the block — “Place an order”, “Call a manager”, “Clarify the size” — and the agent decides where to take the customer.
Upload a price list, policy or service description — the agent will answer based on them instead of generic phrases.
How the agent answers from the knowledge base, picks a flow branch and what it costs — on a separate page.
Create a bot in the Viber Admin Panel at partners.viber.com — you will get a token there. In the builder press “Connect a messenger”, choose Viber and paste the token. Connecting messengers is part of the Pro plan; Pro is free for 7 days after sign-up.
A keyboard under the input field and buttons under a message; link buttons go under the message. Viber has no dedicated phone request button — the bot asks for the number in a message and the person types it in.
Yes. Broadcasts to Viber contacts are available: the audience can be selected by tags and actions, and you can send not just text but a whole flow.
Yes. The “AI Agent” block understands free text, answers from the knowledge base and leads the customer through the flow. In Viber the answer arrives as one complete message. AI is billed separately, per token.
A payment provider block in the flow sends a button with a payment link, and after the payment the bot continues the flow — for example, grants access.
No, a mini app does not open inside Viber. You can send the customer a link — the app opens in the browser.
Yes. Several channels connect to one flow at once: Viber, Telegram and the website chat. Conversations from all channels land in one dashboard.
