Four steps in the mini app, and nobody has to copy anything by hand: the appointment lands in the journal with the right specialist, and the client gets a confirmation.
Four steps from an empty branch to the first appointment — all in the browser, no spreadsheets.
A branch, categories and services with duration, price and photos. Specialists get their services, their own price and duration, a photo and a job title.
A weekly template or shifts like 2 on / 2 off, breaks, days off and one-off dates. Free booking time is calculated for you.
The mini app builder has ready-made elements: services, specialists, time, checkout, my appointments, visit rating. The app button goes into your bot’s keyboard.
Appointments land in the journal, clients get a confirmation and reminders, and after the visit the bot asks for a rating. Mark “No-show” — and no request is sent.

The day in specialist columns, one specialist’s week or a list. Click a free slot to create an appointment, drag it to move to another time or specialist. If the time falls outside the schedule, the journal asks first.
Every appointment has a status — new, confirmed, came, no-show, cancelled — and a history: who created it, which reminders were sent and what the client replied.
Each specialist has their own template: by weekday or in shifts — 2/2, 3/1 or any cycle up to 28 days. Breaks, days off and one-off dates are changed right in the grid: select cells with the mouse and set hours or a day off.
Free booking time is calculated automatically from the schedule, service duration, the break after a visit and existing appointments.
Clients get a booking confirmation and up to three reminders — say, a day and two hours before — with “I’ll come” and “Cancel” buttons. Messages go where the client talks to your bot: Telegram or your website chat, and if that’s not possible — by email.
After the visit the bot asks for a one-tap rating. Ratings of 3 or lower reach you right away, and those who give 4 or 5 are invited to leave a review on maps.
Every appointment adds to the project’s client base: a client is recognized by messenger, phone or email, even when booking at different branches.
The client card shows visits, no-shows and cancellations, the last visit, a note for staff and the visit history with links to the journal.
Each has its own address, time zone, currency, services and schedule. A new branch can be a copy of an existing one with all settings.
A specialist can have their own price and duration for a service: a senior stylist costs more, a junior needs more time.
Time to clean up and prepare after a service: the next client can’t book back-to-back.
Clients don’t have to choose — the appointment goes to whoever is least busy that day.
A specialist’s time can’t be taken twice, even if two clients tap “Book” in the same second.
Grid step, how soon before a visit people can book, how many days ahead, the cancellation deadline and auto-confirmation.
In the journal a client can be booked for a haircut and coloring at once: time and price add up.
A specialist sees only their own appointments and clients, an administrator sees the whole journal, settings stay with managers.
Specialists get new appointments, reschedules and cancellations in the dashboard; managers get everything clients do.
One button in the app — and the visit is in the phone’s calendar or Google Calendar with a reminder.
A rating of 3 or lower goes to the owner, managers and the specialist. A review can be hidden from the rating.
Rewrite the confirmation, reminders, reschedule and cancellation messages in your own words, with the name, service and time filled in.
Anyone who works by appointment with a specific specialist at a specific time.
Haircuts, coloring, nails: specialists’ own prices, 2/2 shifts, reminders so clients don’t forget.
Doctor appointments by schedule, a break to prepare the room, cancellation no later than a day before.
Procedures of different length, visit series in the client history, notes on contraindications.
Trainers with their own hours and prices, booking a free slot right from Telegram.
Washing, tire fitting, diagnostics: mechanics or bays as specialists, long services without overlaps.
One-on-one lessons and sessions, reminders and rescheduling without back-and-forth messages.
The journal, schedule and client base come at no extra cost. The booking mini app and messenger reminders are part of the Pro plan — the first 7 days are free.
In a mini app — in Telegram, in the chat on your website or via a link in a browser. The client picks a service, a specialist or “anyone available”, a day and a time, and leaves a name and phone number. An administrator can also book a client by clicking a free slot in the journal.
Yes, in the mini app builder, but from ready-made elements: services, specialists, time, booking checkout, my appointments, appointment card and visit rating. Availability checks, booking rules and clear error messages are built in — you just arrange the screens and connect them with arrows.
Booking has no separate plan: the journal, schedule, services, specialists and client base come at no extra cost. The booking mini app and messages to clients in the messenger are part of the Pro plan; emails are sent without it. New accounts get Pro free for 7 days.
Clients only see free time from the schedule, including breaks after visits. And if two people tap “Book” for the same time in the same second, only one appointment is saved — the second client sees that the time is taken.
A booking confirmation, up to three reminders with “I’ll come” and “Cancel” buttons, messages about rescheduling or cancellation and a request to rate the visit. They go to Telegram or your website chat — wherever the client talks to your bot — and if that’s not possible, by email. The texts can be replaced with your own.
Yes, in the mini app under “My appointments” or with a button in the reminder. The deadline after which cancelling is no longer possible is set in the booking rules — for example, no later than two hours before.
It depends on permissions. With “Own appointments only” a specialist sees only their own appointments and clients in the journal. Administrators can see the whole journal, and branch settings can stay with managers.
Yes, up to 100 branches per project. Each has its own address, time zone, currency, services, specialists and schedule, while the client base is shared across the project. A new branch is easy to create as a copy of an existing one.
Not yet: one specialist time slot means one appointment. Booking is designed for individual services — haircuts, doctor visits, consultations, personal training.
